Innovation Platform by MBA Online Campus

Since the “Covid-19” phenomenon, markets around the world have been facing crazy changes.
Naturally, strategies based on past successes and best practices will not work. Everything is becoming important to reconstruct new know-how and strategies. In order to respond to the market in the “WITH&AFTER COVID-19” environment, a fundamental review of Japanese industries, businesses, and institutions is not waiting.

It is inevitable that new global innovations will be required.
Therefore, top management-led business and organizational structural reforms are critical, along with the ultimate focus on “human capital,” which means the search for new innovations.
Accordingly, multiple projects are being initiated, launched, and activities are being developed for 2022.

We will also invite guest speakers who are active on the front lines of their respective industries to discuss and interact with the guest speakers, and provide useful information and stimulation in the areas of DX (Digital Transformation) strategy, innovation, business model research, and entrepreneurship through discussion and exchange. Through discussion and exchange, we will provide a “place” that will have a significant impact on the world.

At the MBA Online Campus, we want our students to learn not only the theory and skills to be applied to business, but also the “passion” and “importance of aspiration” necessary to take “action”. The MBA Online Campus will be featuring guest speakers from a variety of industries, including IT, telecommunications, and telecommunications. Guest speakers on the MBA Online Campus are people who are active on the front lines of their respective industries. We hope that you will gain various insights and stimulation through the presentations, thoughts, and discussions of guest speakers from diverse backgrounds. We look forward to many participants.

Our Main Projects

English Event

As part of the Global Professionals Creation Strategy Project, we will plan events in English.

More and more Japanese companies are shifting to global standard management, and more companies will be using English as the official language. We will invite guest speakers from overseas to introduce and discuss strategies, marketing case studies, and overseas situations of foreign companies to gain global sensitivity and perspective.

Knowledge Exploration Reading Club

We take up books focusing on corporate strategy, read up to the designated chapter each time, and exchange opinions and discuss with participating members. By exchanging opinions on the tacit knowledge of the participating members, we link it to our own knowledge creation and output activities.

DX/Business Innovation Creation Strategy Project

As part of the DX (Digital Transformation) Human Resource Development Management Program, we will invite prominent guest speakers and practitioners in DX-related fields for a series of events.

The major theme of the program is top management-led business and organizational structure reform.

Well-being Management Creation Strategy Project

Conduct a Well-Being Management event in 2021 with Ms. Yuka Shimada, Director and General Manager of Human Resources and General Affairs Division of Unilever Japan Holdings as a guest speaker, followed by the joint development of workshops and training programs as a follow-up action.

Call for guest speakers!

We encourage you to introduce guest speakers who are in line with the objectives of the MBA Online Campus activities. Guest speakers are limited to those who share the objectives of our community activities and are willing to volunteer their time and effort to support our events.

We will consider the guest speakers in the order in which they are introduced and plan the event based on the objectives of the community activities and the annual schedule.

MBA Online Campus Advisor

In Japan today, many MBAs are born every year. However, in spite of this, I have been feeling that the presence of MBAs in Japan is nowhere near as strong as it should be. We hope that this community will promote interaction among MBAs and further increase the social presence of MBAs.

I also hope that this gathering of not only MBAs but also master’s degree holders, PhDs, business specialists, and other diverse members will help create innovation in Japan.
